WHY THIS PRIVACY NOTICE
Since May 25, 2018, all European Union Member States have applied new privacy regulations under EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”), as well as national implementing laws.
The GDPR provides greater protection for individuals and imposes new obligations and responsibilities on data controllers, including those who process personal data through websites.

A fundamental principle of the GDPR is transparency: users must know in advance, clearly and completely, what personal information is collected, who processes it, for what purposes and for how long, whether it is used for commercial or profiling purposes, whether it is shared with third parties, and must be able to effectively control how their data is managed.
This notice is provided in accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR and is inspired by the Article 29 Working Party Guidelines on Transparency.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
In addition to the browsing data described in the general Privacy Policy, ITELYUM REGENERATION S.p.A. collects, through the contact form, the following information:
company name, first and last name, address, city, phone number, fax, business activity, and email address — the latter being required in order to respond to your request — along with any additional information you voluntarily provide in the message field.
If you voluntarily include special categories of personal data (Article 9 GDPR), such as information revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, trade union membership, health, or sexual orientation, these will be processed only with your explicit consent, in full compliance with the law and solely for the purposes indicated below.
PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
Your data will be processed exclusively to respond to your requests.
The legal basis for processing is your explicit consent, provided in accordance with the GDPR, which you may withdraw at any time.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
DATA RECIPIENTS
Your data submitted through the contact form may be accessed only by:
- employees and collaborators of ITELYUM REGENERATION S.p.A.;
- providers of IT, email, hosting, and cloud services;
- technical maintenance and support providers;
- providers of communication and data transfer tools (e.g., chat, mailing lists, or remote assistance);
- social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) if interactions occur through these channels.
Data will not be disclosed publicly and will only be communicated to competent authorities if required by law.
TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EU
Your data may be stored on servers located outside the European Union if ITELYUM’s technology or cloud service providers use infrastructure that cannot guarantee the precise location of data.
ITELYUM selects only providers offering high standards of data security and protection.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Personal data submitted via the “Contact” form will be retained only for the time necessary to provide a response, and will then be deleted unless you consent to further processing for additional purposes, in which case a specific notice will be provided.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, receive notification of corrections or erasures, data portability, and object to processing (Articles 15–21 GDPR).
You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing privacy@itelyum.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali): www.garanteprivacy.it.
SECURITY MEASURES
The Data Controller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR to minimize the risks of data destruction, loss, unauthorized access, or processing that is unlawful or inconsistent with the purposes of collection.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE
This Privacy Notice may be updated following the introduction of new features on the website or based on user feedback.
The updated version will be published on the contact page and will take effect upon publication.
