The company now owns 100% of all three businesses, completing the integration process launched in recent years
The transaction strengthens the Itelyum Group’s presence in port environmental services and industrial liquid waste treatment. It also marks another step forward in the Group’s strategy to develop an integrated platform dedicated to sustainable waste management and environmental protection, including in the maritime sector.
Itelyum is further consolidating its operations at key locations along the Adriatic coast—Trieste, Monfalcone, San Giorgio di Nogaro, and Ravenna—as well as at the Port of Taranto. The Group brings together expertise in ship-generated waste management, emergency response and environmental remediation, liquid waste collection and treatment, and other specialized services for the maritime industry.

These transactions are part of the Itelyum Group’s broader growth strategy, which aims to strengthen its leadership in the management, recovery, and recycling of industrial waste and in the development of integrated platforms capable of systematically addressing the environmental needs of local communities and industrial supply chains.
