Whistleblowing
Welcome to the Whistleblowing Platform
Each company within the Itelyum Group has an internal system in place for reporting acts or facts that may constitute crimes or unlawful conduct (Whistleblowing).
Whistleblowing refers to a written or oral report concerning behaviors, risks, offenses, or irregularities — committed or attempted — that may harm the public interest or the integrity of the company, of which you have become aware through your work or collaboration with the company concerned.
Reports may be submitted anonymously. In such cases, your personal data will be encrypted to make it impossible to trace your identity, which will be known only to the designated report manager, with whom you may interact for any clarifications or to attach supporting documents.
Documents may be textual or audiovisual. In the case of audio-recorded reports, the platform applies voice distortion mechanisms to ensure the whistleblower cannot be identified.
The platform you are about to use is fully compliant with the provisions of the
Italian National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC), EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR), and Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, implementing EU Directive 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and Council of October 23, 2019, on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and national legislation.
In accordance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, the following individuals — who currently have or have had professional relationships with one or more companies of the Itelyum Group — may submit a whistleblowing report:
- Employees and self-employed workers
- Professionals under collaboration agreements
- Workers or collaborators providing goods, services, or works for third parties
- Freelancers and consultants
- Volunteers and interns (paid or unpaid)
- Shareholders (natural persons)
- Individuals performing administrative, control, supervisory, or representative functions
The Whistleblowing Management Body, whose details are provided in the Whistleblowing Procedure, is the structure responsible for ensuring the proper management of the reporting process.
The whistleblower may also request, through the channels indicated above, a meeting to make the report in person.
