Therefore, they have adopted a formalized Ethical Code consistent with the Organizational, Management, and Control Model outlined by Legislative Decree 231/01.

In 2020, the Ethical Code was updated and re-approved by the Board of Directors to align it with the best industry practices. The text incorporates not only the key principles of ethics and conduct underlying the unique governance model for all the companies in the Group but also the foundational principles of the sustainable strategy, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and integrating the 10 principles of the Global Compact.

The Ethical Code is an integral part of Itelyum’s relationship with its suppliers, who are required to fully accept and adhere to it, ensuring that their operational conduct complies with these principles.
